Our helpdesk techs are trained around “first call resolution” (FCR). That means whenever you send a ticket, we’ll try to fix the problem immediately. If they can’t fix it, we rapidly escalate any IT issues to more specialized engineering teams to get your team working again as quickly as possible.

Device coverage is tailored to each client depending on their technology needs and business objectives. 

Typically, we will monitor and maintain monthly software updates, hardware integrity, server utilization, storage availability, data backups, antivirus protection, event logs, syslogs, and more to ensure maximum overall systems function efficiently and properly.

We’ll also support all Core, Edge, and Perimeter network appliances, including Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, layer 2 transport equipment, and any other network devices installed, owned, or managed by you.
